Maple Run is thrilled to introduce our complimentary summer meal program, a collaborative effort with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). This remarkable initiative aims to provide nourishing meals to every child and teenager in our community, aged 18 and under, throughout the summer break when schools are closed.
Parents, guardians, and children can conveniently pick up free meal boxes at Saint Albans City School on Tuesdays. Each box contains meals for seven days, including breakfast and lunch. These meal boxes are available to all families with children under 18 in our community. We welcome everyone; no proof of eligibility is required, and no one will be turned away. All meals are intended to be consumed by children aged 18 and under.
If you are interested, please email us every Friday by noon if you plan on picking up a box. Please note unfortunately we cannot hold boxes. For more information reach out at 802-527-0565 or dstevens@maplerun.org.
